Sunset Gap

This ride will take you East through Sevierville, over English Mountain, through Sunset Gap, to Newport for lunch, on to the East part of Foothills Pkwy, into Cosby, through Jones Cove, Sevierville, and back to Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson in Maryville.

1 you will ride through Sevierville with your first stop at Weigel’s at the intersection of US 411 and Hwy 339. This is a coffee recycling stop.

2 over English Mountain (this leg has some very technical switch backs, keep your RPM’s up while going up the Mountain) and through Sunset Gap to the Cracker Barrel in Newport for lunch.

3 a short 6 minute ride down I-40 East to the Foothills Parkway exit with a stop at one of the great turnouts.  You can make more stops it you want to take pictures.
